UAB's 7 Rd mock draft for the Bucs

Rd 1 Pk 5 - Trent Richardson - Perfect offensive addition for Schiano's new physical offense, nuff said

Rd 2 Pk 36 - Janoris Jenkins - So we missed on the perceived top CB in the 1st to beef up the run game, but fear not Buc fans, a homegrown CB with a history no doubt, but I tend to believe, you look at some guys transgressions and brush them off thanks to immaturity, and they grow up, I believe Jenkins is ready to grow up. You would have to put him on a strict program for his extracurricular activities. As for on the field skill, he is considered by some as the most polished and experienced lockdown corner, where Claiborne is somewhat raw, Jenkins has tons of experience, great technique, and shows great physicality

Rd 3 Pk 68 - Demario Davis, LB Ark St - The more I watch and read about Davis, the more I am in love with this prospect. I believe he will be a VERY good pro prospect as a MLB, very talented in coverage he is fluid and instinctive, has great tackling technique, and is a leader and playmaker, everything you look for in a MLB, would be really great with proper coaching and a steal, on film he honestly looks like a 1st rd prospect.

Rd 5 Pk 140 - Travis Lewis OLB Oklahoma - I considered putting Tank Carder here from TCU and both would pay the picks back in dividends, but I like Lewis' size, production particularly for an OLB in a 4-3 (445 career tackles at OU 9 INTs in 3 starting years). He is a phenomenal tackler and would again be a STEAL here.

Rd 6 Pk 174 - Winston Guy Jr SS UK - Yes plz, phenomenal take your head off tackler, a leader, very physical and perfect size already Pro size at 6'1 220

Rd 7 Pk 212 - George Bryan TE NC St - Also considered Gray, but we need at least 1 TE and if Bryan makes it this low I would be ecstatic, best blocking TE in this draft, above average recording skills, almost money in short passing routes. He is towering at 6'6 and loooong arms, REALLY like this kid.

Depends on what the browns do. If we don't get Trent we need to look to trade out.
